If you are looking for a spot to be right by the greenbelt it is the perfect spot! I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here, not to mention the incredible and personable staff. The ladies in the office have all truly looked out for me and helped me out over my years here and I couldn't be more grateful. Safe location, and friendly staff! "From my first contact with Sara in the leasing office to my last year of living here I must say the property and the staff are first rate. They go out of their way to make tenants feel at home and schedule fun events periodically to show their appreciation. The property is fairly new and thus in great shape. The maintenance staff is very responsive and friendly as well. I could go on but come check it out and you'll see what I mean."

"Honestly, I've had a great experience living at The District. The apartments are well built, comfortable, and spacious. The area is well kept and quiet, with good amenities for residents.

The staff is always very kind and responds quickly to questions or maintenance issues. Katie especially is extremely genuine and always remembers my name and unit number when picking up packages, which is a nice touch.
